Procedure: | Standard solution preparation:
Pipette 10 µl of Ethyleneimine Standard into a 10 ml volumetric flask, make to volume with dioxane and homogenize. Label this solution as SOLUTION A.
Pipette 1,2 ml of Solution A into a 100 ml volumetric flask, make to volume with dioxane and homogenize.
Test solution: dissolve 1,2 g of sample in 1 ml of dioxane.
Chromatographic ocnditions:
Helium flow: 19 ml/min
Injector temperature: 150°C
Detector temperature: 300°C
Oven temperature: 100°C
Run time: 20 min
Injection volume: 1.0 µl
Retention times:
Dioxane: about 12 min
Ethyleneimine: about 3.2 min |
