TACKWHITE SBL 14 is a water-based pressure sensitive adhesive, based on anionic dispersion of carboxylated-modified SBR latex and water tackifiers (rosin esters), properly stabilized. It has a long term ageing stability when stored at temperature between +10 and + 40°C. However, being based on elastomers, it produces films with moderate light stability.
Permanent paper labels and polyethylene foams, double sided adhesives etc.

TACKWHITE SBL 14 can be transferred to substrates by coating on silicone paper with any method: Meyer bar, reverse roll, rotogravure, knife-over-roll, etc.
The cohesion can be increased by small addition of CURING AGENT W3 or XAMA 7 (ICHEMCO).
TACKWHITE SBL 14 has very good stability when stored at temperature between + 10°C and + 40°. It allows to obtain very good p.s.a. articles, being stabilized with very good antioxidants.
However, containing rubber based latices, it produces opaque and slightly yellowish films.
Product is supplied in 200 l drums or 1000 l tanks.
TACKWHITE SBL 14 must be stored at temperature between +5°C and +40°C.
If stored in original packaging, shelf life is 3 months.
