TACKWHITE AMC 24 is an ultraremovable PSA, based on acrylic microspheric polymers in water dispersion, modified with additives and wetting agents in order to have a very good wettability on any surface, combined with a clean and long lasting removability.
TACKWHITE AMC 24 is suitable for the production of removable and repositionable PP labels and films. It has excellent removability from paper and cardboard.

TACKWHITE AMC 24 may separate over time: this is typical for this type of adhesives. Mix before use: adhesive will readily redisperse under mild agitation. Always check pH and, if necessary, adjust it to 9 (or higher) with ammonium hydroxide. If the pH of the adhesive falls below 8.8, coagulation may occur. Air operated diaphragm pumps are the recommended choice for adhesive. Avoid the use of high speed centrifugal or gear pumps.
The recommended coat weight range is 15-20 g (dry)/m². It can be applied by conventional coating methods such as Rotogravure or Mayer Bar.
TACKWHITE AMC 24 must be stored at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C, avoiding freezing conditions.
Keep containers sealed to maintain proper pH.
