AR-1000 Adhesion/Release Tester

The ChemInstruments AR-1000 Adhesion/Release Tester is designed to perform PSTC, ASTM, TLMI, FINAT, and AFERA adhesion and release test procedures. It is the most versatile peel tester on the market.

The ChemInstruments AR-1000 basic design was created over 15 years ago as an improvement over the TLMI release tester. The machine evolved from input gathered by technicians involved in Adhesion and Release testing all over the world. Since its introduction, it has become the standard in many plants and laboratories from all corners of the globe. This is due to the AR-1000's ease of operation, reliability, simplicity of repair, and affordable price. Coupled with the EZ Data acquisition system and EZ-LAB software, the AR-1000 has become an integral part of network data collection and analysis.

Pull speed and test angles are adjustable to meet the requirements of PSTC 1, 101, 3, 4, and 4b; ASTM D 3330; TLMI L-IAI, L-IA2, L-IA3; AFERA 4001 and 5001; and FINAT FTM 1-6, 10, and 11.

Digital Speed Controller with feedback loop allows speeds to be set accurately from 6 inches per minute to 1200 inches per minute (30 to 3048 centimeters per minute).
Test angle is adjustable from 90° to 180°.
Sturdy aluminum construction insures a long life with consistent performance.
Fast, accurate data acquisition and analysis simplified with the EZ Data Acquisition System.
Accurate to +/- 0.1% of load cell range.

Data acquisition system

The Chemlnstruments EZ-100 Data Acquisition System is a state-of-the-art force measurement package that combines accuracy with ease of use. This system reads the force of a test, digitally displays it and also stores that value in it's memory.

Displays force in Average, High and Low values.
Stores test data, which allows the technician to review previously recorded values.
Data is stored in ASCII format and can be exported by RS-232 connection to a local PC.
Digital display is selectable in grams, kilograms, ounces or pounds or newtons.
record 400 data points per second of sampling.

EZ-Lab Compatible

Remote operation control and enhanced data collection are possible when coupled with the EZ-Lab System. Requires external PC. See EZ-Lab System product sheet.
