UWF-100 Unwind Fixture: The fixture is required to mount a roll of
pressure sensitive tape for determining unwind force according to Test Methods PSTC-8 and
AFERA 4013 P4.
PF-90 Peel Fixture: Clamps in jaws of tensile tester machine for quick and easy 90° peels. The PF-90 uses a standard 2"x6" test panel. Precision bearing assembly allows for smooth sliding action.
Test Panels: These stainless steel test panels meet PSTC standards as
well as ASTM-A666, QQS-766, PSTC/AFERA/JATMA/ISO Harmonized Methods.
The panels are 18 Gauge, 304 Bright Annealed Stainless Steel with a surface roughness
height of 2 micro-inches ± 1 micro inch.

HR-100 4.5 lb. (2040 g) Hand Roller and HR-101 10 lb. (4540 g) Hand Roller: The 4.5 lb.
roller has a steel core with a Shore scale A 80 durometer Silicone rubber cover. Two legs
extend beyond the circumference of the roller to prevent flat spots from developing. The
10 lb. roller is solid steel. These rollers meet the requirements of PSTC Appendage B, PSTC / AFERA / ISO / JATMA Harmonized Test Methods. Custom Hand Rollers are also
available.
FINAT Hand Roller: This roller meets the requirements of FINAT 2.1
with a diameter of 85 mm, a width of 50 nim and a weight of 2 kg. (Not Pictured.)
STC- 100 Weight Suspension Clip: Used in room temperature and elevated temperature shear testing. The clip evenly distributes weight across the bottom of the sample and prevents tearing. (Not Pictured.)
SCF-100 Shear Cutoff Fixture: Quickly and accurately cuts a shear sample to a 1" x 1" contact area for FINAT, PSTC and AFERA test methods. (Not pictured.) SCF-050 ½" also available.
QSF-100 Quick Stick Fixture: This free moving fixture is required for Test Method PSTC-5 for Quick Stick of Pressure Sensitive Tapes.
SC-100 1" Tape Specimen Cutter and SC-050 ½" Tape Specimen Cutter: These simplify cutting samples for FINAT, PSTC Appendage B, 2.4, AFERA, and TLMI procedures. Extra blades are available.
Shear Test Weights: These standard weights are available: TW-100, 100 grams; TW-200, 200 grams; TW-250, 250 grams; TW-500, 500 grams; TW-1000, 1000 grams. These weights are required for PSTC, TLMI, FINAT, AFERA and ISO Shear Testing procedures. Custom sizes are also available.
WV-100 Water Vapor Cup: The sturdy cast aluminum cup is used in the Test Methods PSTC-34 water vapor transmission and PSTC-35 water penetration tests.
LTF-100 Loop Tack Fixture: Loop tack accessory for tensile tester machine. The LTF-100 clamps in the lower jaws of the machine and provides a simple means for doing loop tack testing. Uses a standard 1"x3" test panel (not pictured).
Polyester: PET-1, 1 mil is available in 12" x 1600 yard rolls and PET-2, 2 mil is 12" wide by 800 yards long. The Polyester rolls are used in the LC-100, HLC-100 and HLCL-1000 Lab Drawdown Coaters. Custom sizes under 12" are available upon request. (Not pictured.)
Release Paper: RP-6 is 6" wide by 500 yards long and RP-12 is 12" wide by 500 yards long. The Release Paper can be used with either the LC-100 Lab Drawdown Coater, the HLC-100 Hot Melt Coater or the HLCL-1000 Hot Melt Coater Laminator. Custom sizes under 12" are available upon request.
