Loop Tack Tester
The ChemInstruments LT-1000 Loop Tack Tester is a compact testing instruments designed to allow the user to quickly and efficiently
determine the tack or "grab" of an adhesive. Meets specifications set by ASTM, TLMI, PSTC 16 and FINAT FTM 9.
- Small enough to fit on a desktop or can be carried from lab to production line.
- Test is completed in less than 15 seconds allowing more time for data analysis.
- 10 pound (4.5 kg) load cell permits a wide variety of adhesives to be tested.
- 1" wide sample on 1" wide test panels give you force/inČ so conversion is not necessary.
- At the touch of a button, the Loop Tack Tester performs the test and displays the peak force.
- Units measured in pounds, kilograms or newtons.
- Accurate to ± 0.1% of load cell range.
EZ-LAB
The
ChemInstruments EZ-Data Acquisition System is a state-of-the-art force measurement
package that combines accuracy with ease of use.
The EZ-Data included in the body of the instrument reads the force of a test, digitally displays it and also stores that value in
it's memory.
- Displays the measured force Average, High and Low values.;
- Stores data from up to 20 individual tests, which allows the technician to review previously recorded values.
- Display values are selectable in grams, kilograms, ounces, pounds or Newtons.
- Records 400 data points per second of sampling.
Remote operation control and enhanced data collection arepossible when coupled with the EZ Lab System. Requires external PC. See EZ-Lab System product sheet.
