Description
TACKWHITE HT-200 NC is a water borne acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive.
Once coated, it forms a transparent film with very high cohesion, medium-high adhesion and high thermal resistance.
Application
Due to its high shear properties, TACKWHITE HT-200 NC can be used for semi-permanent labels, double sided adhesive tapes for different surfaces, as plastics, wood, metals, glass, ceramic, etc.

Handling
TACKWHITE HT 200 NC is characterized by high cohesion and good thermal resistance. These characteristics can be further improved by adding a crosslinker, such as Curing Agent W4, Curing Agent W4 Dil o Curing Agent W4 P Dil (about 0.5-1%). The crosslinker has to be added just before use and has to be well mixed into the adhesive. After activation, pot life decreases depending on adhesive concentration, amount of crosslinker, temperature; we recommend to run preliminary laboratory tests to evaluate the right amount of crosslinker and the process conditions.
Packaging
The product is supplied in iron drums (200 kg); IBC containers (1000 kg).
Storing
Product must be stored at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C. Protect from freezing
Use within 6 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
