TACKWHITE AMC1 A is a ultra-removable p.s. adhesive, based on acrylic microspheric polymers in water and propylene glycol dispersion, properly modified with additives and wetting agents which produce a very good wettability of any surface, combined with a very constant and clean removability.
TACKWHITE AMC1 A is suitable for the production of removable and repositionable paper labels. It is designed for direct coating onto paper substrates by conventional coating methods, such as flexo or Mayer rod.

TACKWHITE AMC1 A may separate over time: this is typical for this type of adhesive. Mix before use: adhesive will readily redisperse with mild agitation. Check pH in open coating pans and adjust to 9,5 with ammonium hydroxide solution, if necessary. If the pH of the adhesive falls below 8,8, coagulation may occur. Air operated diaphragm pumps are recommended to pump adhesive. Avoid the use of high speed centrifugal pumps.
The recommended coat weight range is 10-15 g dry/m², according to paper porosity; if on films, use approx. 10 g dry/m².
TACKWHITE AMC1 A is supplied in 1.000 kg tank containers or 200 kg drums.
TACKWHITE AMC1 A must be stored at temperature between +5°C and +40°C, avoiding freezing conditions.
Keep containers closed to maintain proper pH. Shelf life is 3 months.
Use within 3 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
