Description
TACKWHITE AR 15 is a removable p.s. adhesive, based on acrylic polymers in water dispersion, properly modified with additives and wetting agents which produce a very good wettability of any surface combined with a very constant removability.
Application
TACKWHITE AR 15 allows the production of removable and replaceable paper and plastic labels.

Handling
Advised quantity: 10-25 g dry/sqm, according to paper porosity.
If it is coated on plastic film, usual quantity applied should be approx. 10 g dry/sqm.
Suitable application is direct coating with one of following systems:
- Meyer bar, viscosity 200/1000 cps
- Reverse roll, 3000/6000 cps
- Rotating knife, over 12.000 cps.
However good results can be obtained also by transfer coating.
Packaging
TACKWHITE AR 15 is supplied in 1.000 kg tank containers or 200 kg drums.
Storing
TACKWHITE AR 15 must be stored at temperature between +5°C and +40°C, avoiding freezing conditions.
Shelf life is 3 months.
