Description
TACKWHITE HT 200 NC M is a waterborne pressure sensitive adhesive, based on acrylic polymers modified with acrylic plasticizers.
It yields a transparent film with very high cohesion, medium-high adhesion and elevated thermal resistance.
Application
TACKWHITE HT 200 NC M, thanks to its outstanding shear properties, can be used for semi-permanent labels, double sided adhesive tapes, melamine plastics, wood, metals, glass, ceramic, where tapes must be removed without adhesive transfer on the contact surface. To get a very good heat resistance (over 150°C), it is necessary to cure the product with isocyanate (e.g. CURING AGENT W 3 DIL.), polyaziridine (e.g. CURING AGENT X7), ... The crosslinker has to be added just before use and has to be well mixed into the adhesive. After activation, pot life decreases depending on adhesive concentration, amount of crosslinker, temperature; we recommend to run preliminary laboratory tests to evaluate the right amount of crosslinker.

Handling
If necessary, it can be diluted with water.
Packaging
The product is supplied in iron drums (200 kg); IBC containers (1000 kg).
Storing
Product must be stored at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C. Protect from freezing. In case of prolonged storage, stir well before use.
Use within 6 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
