It is suggested to stir before use.
Product can be applied by reverse-roll, rotogravure, air- knife and Mayer-bar, eventually adjusting the quantity applied by simple dilution with water.
Quantity to apply depends on substrate porosity and varies from 1 to 3 g dry/sqm. In general, 1,5 g dry/sqm is considered optimal.
After drying, product must cure, by self-curing mechanism, for a few seconds at 150°C.
The product is stabilized against ageing.
Release W30 G is supplied in 200 l plastic drums, in 1000 l tanks or in 20 tons tank-trucks .
Despite a very good freeze-thaw stability, keep material preferably at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C.
Shelf life is 3 months.
