Description
Release PP 25 ECO is a polyvinylcarbammate release agent in aliphatic solvent solution.
Application
The product is used as a very efficient release agent, during production of adhesive tapes based on following films: polypropilene, polyethylene, PVC, reinforced PVC, polyester; with natural, synthetic rubber and acrylic adhesives. It can also be used with the three streps printing process of PSA tapes, when aromatic solvents are not accepted.

Handling
For corona treated films: dilute 1 part of RELEASE PP 25 ECO with 20/30 parts of an aliphatic solvent solution (octane-isopropylic alcohol: 80-20). The product must be diluited to lower concentrations (0.3-0.4%), when it has to be applied on untreated films.
Packing
Product is packed in 50 kg metal drums.
Storing
Shelf life is 6 months.
Notes
Release PP 25 ECO tends to jellify when stored at temperatures below +18°C. Properties can be completely restored by heating it up to 30-35°C and stirring the solution until perfectly clear. Keep the diluted solutions at temperatures higher than 20°C.
