Description
Release FR 2 AB is a compound based on release agent, vegetal oils and polyamidic resin in hydrocarbon solvents solution.
Application
Release FR 2 AB is designed for the production of PS adhesive tapes or films, which are supposed to be used in the refrigerator assemblage, to fix and protect the coils.

Handling
Release FR 2 AB can be applied on treated PE film by Mayer-bar, rotogravure or any other low viscosity coating system. The suggested coating weight is 1.5-2.0 g/m² dry. Temperature of product, before and during application, should never be below 35-40°C.
Packing
50 and 200 liters metal drums.
Storing
Release FR 2 AB gels at low temperatures and must be kept at 20°C or above.
In case of freezing, good heating (50-60°C) and stirring will be necessary. Stirring must also be made every time before taking out partial quantities from containers.
Shelf-life is 3 months.
