RC H600 BV18 is a water emulsion of special acrylic polymers, modified with special additives.
RC H600 BV18 has been designed as release agent for porous substrates like kraft paper, masking papers, nonwovens, fabrics, which are supposed to be in contact with hot-melt or solvent based adhesives.

It is suggested to stir before use.
Product can be applied by reverse-roll, rotogravure, air- knife and Meyer-bar, eventually adjusting the quantity applied by simple dilution with water.
Quantity to apply depends on substrate porosity and varies from 1 to 3 g dry/sqm. In general, 1,5 g dry/sqm is considered optimal.
After drying, product must cure, by self-curing mechanism, for a few seconds at 150°C.
RC H600 BV18 is supplied in 200 l plastic drums, in 1000 l tanks or in 20 tons tank-trucks .
Despite a very good freeze-thaw stability, keep material preferably at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C.
Shelf life is 3 months.
RC H600 BV18 does not present any unusual health or safety hazard. Like most polymer emulsions, it may be a slight skin and eye irritant on prolonged or repeated contacts, and its handling and use require the usual precautions related to these emulsions, such as adequate ventilation when the material is heat cured or dried and good industrial hygiene practice.
