Description
ANTISCHIUMA FL1 CONC. is a 100% active content, organic, non siliconic defoamer for water based emulsions (adhesives, paints, plasters).
Application
ANTISCHIUMA FL1 CONC has been developed to prevent and reduce the foam formation either during production or during application of water based emulsions (acrylic, PVA, SBR, PVC). It shows an excellent performance also with emulsions containing anionic or non-ionic wetting agents.

Handling
Suggested amount is from 0,1% to 0,5% of the total emulsion weight.
The product has a good storage stability and has no effect on dyes/pigments addition.
We recommend to stir the product after a long storage without use.
Packing
50 Kg or 200 Kg drums.
Storing
Despite a very good freeze thaw stability, it is advised to protect from low temperatures (below 0°C). It is suggested to stir before use. If stored in the original packing, shelf life is 1 year.
