Description
DEFOAMER FL1 CONC. is a 100% active content, organic, non siliconic defoamer for waterborne emulsions (adhesives, paints, plasters).
Application
DEFOAMER FL1 CONC has been developed to prevent and reduce the formation of foam either during production or during application of water based emulsions (acrylic, PVA, SBR, PVC). It also displays an excellent performance with emulsions containing anionic or non-ionic wetting agents.

Handling
Recommended quantity is 0.1% to 0.5% of the total emulsion weight.
The product has a good storage stability and has no effect on dyes/pigments addition.
In low viscosity products, DEFOAMER FL1 CONC. tends to migrate to the surface: it is necessary to stir before use.
Packaging
The product is supplied in plastic tanks (10 kg); plastic drums (50 kg); iron drums (180 kg); IBC containers (900 kg).
Storing
Stir the product before use. Protect from freeze.
Use within 6 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
