Handling
These inks can be diluted with water. The amount to add depends on the type of material being printed on, the drying speed, and the characteristics of the print.
To speed up drying, add a mixture of water and alcohol.
To slow down drying, add propylene glycol.
It is usually not necessary to protect the print by overprinting with a release agent. If the print area is very large, we recommend adding 25–30% RELEASE WR3003. For every 1 kg of ink, add 300–400 g of RELEASE WR3003
COLOR INK WR can be applied using photopolymer plates (resistant to mixtures of water and alcohol) or butyl rubber cylinders.
Do not allow the inks to dry on the rollers; wash them immediately with water and, if necessary, use CLEANING SOLUTION WS.
Storing
Store at temperatures between +5°C and +35°C. Protect from freezing. Stir well before use.
Use within 6 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
