Description
COLOR TAPE HM BIANCO 20 P is a very efficient white pigment masterbatch for colouring adhesive masses. .
Aspect: small pellets (free flowing, dust free, suitable for continuous adhesive production process).
Type of pigments: inorganic (metal oxides)
Pigment content: 80% minimum
Other ingredients: dispersing agents, antioxidants, thermoplastic resins as binder.
It is completely solvent free.
Application
COLOR TAPE HM BIANCO 20 P is suggested for coloring adhesives masses in the manufacture of packaging adhesive tapes. It is recomended for either solvent born or hot-melt adhesives.
The addition of COLOR TAPE HM BIANCO 20 P to the adhesive does not modify the adhesive properties, including ageing, and does not cause corrosion to the metal parts of production plants.
Being in pellets form and based on non toxic materials, products are very safe and clean in handling and storage (see Safety Data Sheet).

Handling
In general, we recommend adding 6-8% on the dry content of the adhesive.
COLOR TAPE HM BIANCO 20 P can be introduced directly into the mixer during any phase of the solvent adhesive preparation. For hot-melt adhesives COLOR TAPE HM BIANCO 20 P must be introduced in the same way as a solid resin.
Packaging
The product is supplied in paper bag (20 kg).
Storing
Keep the product protected from direct sunlight and humidity.
Use within 12 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
