Description
Our PVC inks are available in a wide range of colours. Furthermore, instead of purchasing a specific color hue, the printer has the opportunity to easily reproduce any tint, by mixing a limited set of base colors, following the formulations that we can supply. For this reason it is advised to maintain a storage of the base tints.
Application
Printing of PVC PSA tapes.
COLOR INK PVC peculiar characteristics are: excellent brightness, excellent adhesion and flexibility, excellent resistance to rubbing, excellent printability.

Handling
The ink is transferred directly to the substrate by flexographic rolls.
Dilution can be made with Diluent C PVC (methylethylkethone, ethyl acetate) or with Retarder C PVC (cyclohexanone, methylisobutylkethone, butyl acetate).
The ink is supplied ready to use, but it can be diluted to obtain a better fluidity or for retarding the drying (usually during the hot season).
Quantity to add is flexible; experience will allow you to find the best concentration.
NOTE: in case a stronger adhesion to film is required, we can supply the additive.
Packaging
The product is supplied in iron drums (10 kg).
Storing
Product must be stored at temperature not higher than 30°C. Product is flammable.
Use within 6 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
