Description
ANTIOX UV-STE is a sinergic blend of various antioxidants (primary phenolic stabilizers -phosphite -thioester) and an UV stabilizer (UV Absorber). The product is dust free and free flowing.
Application
This product is suitable for a complete stabilization towards UV light and heat; it has a wide protection range. It can be used both for hot-melt and solvent borne elastomeric systems.
APPLICATION: PSAs and adhesives for coating, injection moulding or extrusion.

Handling
ANTIOX UV-STE can be introduced directly in the mixture with other components of the formulation or it can be dissolved if there is a solvent.
It is suggested to use a liquid component (a rosin ester or a napthenic oil) in extrusion hot-melt continuous systems, this permits an homogeneous mixing of the antioxidant with the total mass (volumetric dosage).
Packaging
The product is supplied in fiber drums (50 kg).
Storing
The product shall be stored in cool and dry conditions, protected from humidity, heat, sunlight and water.
Once opened, each individual package should be used completely to avoid hydrolysis. Storage at elevated temperatures, exposure to direct heat and/or moisture could significantly decrease product shelf life.
Use within 24 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
