Description
VINILPRIMER E 45 is a waterborne primer for plasticized or rigid PVC film. It is based on a balanced blend of synthetic, natural elastomers and resin dispersions, properly stabilized and compounded.
Application
VINILPRIMER E 45 allows to obtain a perfect adhesion between the adhesive mass (based on natural or synthetic rubber) and PVC film, without curing.
It is mainly used for self-adhesive tapes and film, either for packaging or technical use.

Handling
If lower viscosity is required, it can be further diluted to 20 - 25% before use.
Thickening: with usual acrylic thickeners (if necessary).
Application: 1.0 - 1.5 g dry/sqm. STIR WELL BEFORE USE
Packaging
The product is supplied in iron drums (200 kg); IBC containers (1000 kg).
Storing
Store at temperatures between +10 and +40°C.
PROTECT FROM FREEZING
Use within 6 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
