TT-1100 Tensile Tester

The ChemInstruments TT-1100 Tensile Tester is a versatile instrument designed to test a variety of materials such as adhesives, film, paper and rubber. This single screw universal tester offers a wide range of capabilities, including performance of the following tests: tensile, elongation, modulus, lap shear, peel (180° and 90°), unwind and tack. It is designed to meet the requirements of: PSTC 101, 4, 5, 8, 131 and 39; ASTM D 828, D 903, D 3330, D 882, D 1004, D 3759; TLMI L-IA1, II-E, III-A, TAPPI T494.

The two line LCD displays the average, high and low values.
Separation speed: 0.5 to 25 ipm (1.3 to 64 cpm).
Available load cells (listed below) are accurate to ± 0.1% of their rating.
Pull strength: 250 lb. (110 Kg) maximum.
Maximum testing span is 32 in. (82 cm) minus the length of the grips.
Throat distance from center of grip to mast: 3.5" (8.9 cm)
Choose from a number of grips (not included with Tensile Tester).
Data can be downloaded to EZ Lab software.
Operating temperature 0° - 70° Celsius
Warning! Equipment needs to be completely free of condensation inside and out, before applying power!

Data Acquisition System
The ChemInstruments EZ-100 Data Acquisition System is a state-of-the-art force measurement package that combines accuracy with ease of use. This system reads the force of a test, digitally displays it and also stores that value in it's memory.

Stores data from up to 20 individual tests, which allows the technician to review previously recorded values.
With optional EZ-Lab system software, Tensile Tester transfers test data and parameters to your connected PC.
Display values are selectable in grams, kilograms, ounces, pounds or Newtons.
Records 400 data points per second of sampling.

EZ-Lab Compatible:
Remote operation control and enhanced data collection are possible when coupled with the EZ Lab System. Requires external PC.
