LC-100 Drawdown Coater

The ChemInstruments Laboratory Drawdown Coater produces samples of room temperature emulsion and solvent coatings so that a thorough evaluation can be made of these adhesives. Lab production of a large quantity of consistent samples for comprehensive evaluation is simplified by several construction features of the LC-100:

Two dial indicators permit quick, accurate, reproducible gap settings ranging from .0001" to .0500" (2.5 - 1270 micron).
Two precision ground stainless steel coating bars produce even cross web coat weight.
12" (30 cm) wide samples of unlimited length can be produced.
Standard features include unwind stand, steel base plate, and nylon side dams for adhesive width control.

Made of high quality materials, the LC-100 is built to last. The rugged steel frame and unwind stand ensure long life.
