Description
Water-based, bright flexo inks, based on pigments and special synthetic resins.
Application
These inks have been designed for printing the following materials: treated PP, treated PE (HD and LD), PE board (printing on the PE side, corona treated). Good water and rub resistance, high solids, fairly good heat resistance but not alkali resistant. Use natural rubber clichè or photopolymer plates. The treatment on films should not be lower than 38 dine/cm.

Handling
Dilution: add approx. 10% WATER.
This proportion depends on material to print, on the drying speed you want to obtain and on the characteristics of the printing.
In case of foam, we suggest to add some suitable defoamer by means of a sprayer.
For a faster drying, add a blend of ethyl-alcohol and water.
For a slower drying, add 1-metoxy 2-propanol.
Never let the inks to dry.
After the application wash every single part in contact with inks: tubes, backs, pumps, cylinders, etc...
To wash use a mixture of: water, ethyl alcohol, and alkali: ammonia or monoethanolamine or tryethanolamine etc.
Packaging
Color Ink WS are supplied in 25 kg drums (on request 200 k g drums).
Storing
Pot - Life: 6 months.
This product must be stored at temperatures between +10 and +40°C.
PROTECT FROM FREEZING
Use within 6 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
