The product can be applied using traditional coating systems: Mayer bar, gravure and air knife.
Product must be cured with Curing Agent X7 (0.8-1%).
The product may, if necessary, be diluited with water. Before adding Curing Agent X7, check pH; if all is lower than 9, correct with ammonia. Curing Agent X7 must be added slowly and under stirring, in order to obtain an optimal dispersion of the crosslinker into the adhesive.
After the addition of Curing Agent X7, the pot-life decreases, depending upon temperature and pH.
The product is supplied in iron drums (200 kg); IBC containers (1000 kg).
TACKWHITE AP 03 HP must be stored at temperatures between +5 and +40°C.
Keep containers well sealed, in order to avoid surface skin formation.
Use within 6 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
