TACKSOL NIS 12 is a solventborne pressure sensitive adhesive, formulated with different rubbers and special resins. It achieves very high peel adhesion values.
TACKSOL NIS 12 can be applied on any substrate (textile, non-woven, paper, polyester, PP, PE, PVC). It is suggested when high adhesivity and adhesion, but moderate cohesion are required (e.g. double-sided films for carpets).

TACKSOL NIS 12 can be coated with rotating knife or knife-over-roll.
When a higher adhesion to plastic films is required, a specific primer should be applied. (please refer to ICHEMCO catalogue).
When heat or mechanical resistance must be increased, CURING AGENT D (0.5-0.6%) should be added. In this case the pot-life of the adhesive is reduced to a maximum of 24 hours.
The product, once coated, is subject to oxidation from air and light and must be protected in order not to compromise its performance.
The product is supplied in iron drums (145 kg).
Product must be stored in a ventilated and dry place. Avoid flames presence.
Use within 12 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
