Description
PRO LAC WT is a protective coating, based on a water dispersion of a special thermoplastic acrylic copolymer.
It is transparent, but it can also be added with pigments to obtain coloured films.
The pealable film, after drying, is very elastic and has excellent breaking and scrubbing resistance. It is also solvent and water resistant.
Application
PRO LAC WT is designed for temporary coatings.
VOC content is extremely low.
The product can be applied on a high variety of surfaces: metal, plastic, glass, painted surfaces and it can be easily removed without leaving any rest of film.
Suggested applications are: signal camouflaging, pealable coating for temporary labels, temporary object protection on production lines, etc.

Handling
PRO LAC WT can be coated or sprayed.
The product is a white milky emulsion and must be completely dried, in order to obtain a transparent film.
To reduce drying time, the coated product can be put in a oven.
The coating weight depends on the desired consistancy of the final film, but it is suggested to apply more than 35 g/sqm dry, to have a film with a suitable thickness and good resistance.
Packaging
200 kg plastic drums.
Storing
Keep at temperature between +5 and +40 °C, in closed original containers.
Shelf life is 3 months.
Use within 12 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
