FLAMERETARDER HWF is an halogen free flame retardant, based on nitrogen and phosphorous compounds.
It doesn't contain formaldeyde.
The product is suitable for natural fibers.
It has a very good resistance to yellowing (no yellowing underneath 150°C).
FLAMERETARDER HWF has no influence on the handle and mechanical properties of the substrate.

Add 5-15% of FLAMERETARDER HWF, the percentage depends on the type, composition and density of the substrate and the required flame retardant standard.
Drying conditions: between 100 and 130°C (ventilated oven is suggested)
It is necessary a fixation step to obtain soak.
Resistance: 1'30 at 160°C or 3' at 150°C.
Keep the container well closed and protected form direct sunlight, at temperatures between 5 and 30°C.
Shelf life is 3 months.
