CURING AGENT W3 DIL is a water dispersable polyisocyanate, NCO content is about 13%. Adhesive emulsions or solutions can be efficiently cross-linked with this product. The cured adhesive will have an increased resistance to heat, water, plasticizers and organic solvents.
CURING AGENT W3 DIL is suggested for water borne adhesives, paints, lacquers. It is used at 0.3 - 3.5%, depending on the material to be cross-linked and desired results. Check the behaviour of the crosslinked product after 24-48 hours from application.

CURING AGENT W3 DIL must be added just before application and stirred till complete homogeneity. Reaction starts immediately, so we recommend to use the product just after activation. The crosslinking mechanism depends on different aspects such as adhesive concentration, amount of crosslinker, temperature. We suggest to check the curing conditions in advance, in order to avoid to spoil material.
The product is supplied in tins (0.500 kg); Iron drums (20 kg).
Polyisocyanates are very sensitive to moisture. Reaction with water or moisture can form solid insoluble polyureas, which can block pipes, valves, etc. CURING AGENT W3 DIL must be stored in well sealed original plastic drums or aluminum/glass bottles, at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C. At higher temperatures it can develop hazardous vapors.
