Description
ANTIOX ASX 3-DF is a synergistic blend of three non staining antioxidants, including a primary phenolic stabiliser, a tio-ester for the long term stability, and finally a phosphite, for the high temperature protection.
This grade is named "DUST-FREE" (=DF), being treated to avoid dust pollution during handling.
Application
This formula is specially designed for a wide spectrum protection of elastomers and resins in solution. It can be used with adhesives, pressure sensitive adhesives, coatings, etc.
ANTIOX ASX 3-DF , being a blend, does not have an exact melting point.
SOLUTION SYSTEMS:
- Natural rubber, SBR, chloroprene rubber, polyisoprene, butyl rubber, NBR, SIS: 0,30 - 0,50 pph (on polymer base).

Handling
ANTIOX ASX 3-DF is a free flowing white powder, which has to be protected from wet environment to avoid agglomeration.
ANTIOX ASX 3-DF is non-toxic and non-staining. It is completely soluble in aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons.
Packaging
ANTIOX ASX 3-DF is supplied in 50 kg fibre drums.
Storing
ANTIOX ASX 3-DF must be stored in a dry place. Shelf life is 1 year.
