Description
CURING AGENT W3 is a liquid polyisocyanate, emulsifiable in water. Acrylic and PU dispersion polymers can be efficiently cross-linked with this product.
Application
CURING AGENT W3 is recommended for water-based systems, such as adhesives, varnishes, lacquers, and similar.

Handling
CURING AGENT W3 can be added directly into the dispersion, just before final application, stirring till complete homogeneity. The amount of CURING AGENT W3 depends on the product to be cured and on the final characteristics desired; typically, a quantity between 0.2 to 2.5% is required. The pot life of the compound depends on the total solids, pH and temperature; we recommend to check the status of the curing in advance.
Packaging
The product is supplied in iron drums (50 kg); iron drums (230 kg).
Storing
CURING AGENT W3 is sensitive to moisture. The product must be stored in well closed original containers, at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C.
