Application
Bagnante L12 is used to improve the wetting power of polymer dispersion, especially during processing. It can be used in combination with nonionic wetting agents and emulsifiers.

Handling
Generally speaking, 0,5-1% Bagnante L12, expressed on 100 PP of the polymer dispersion, is sufficient to avoid problems caused by insufficient wetting.
When water is added, it produces a remarkable initial increase in viscosity; because of that, it's suggested to prepare dilute solutions before use.
After addition of Bagnante L12, dispersion must be mantained still for some hours, in order that best results are achieved.
We suggest to carry on individual trials when developing products containing Bagnante L12.
Compatibility with other ingredients, in storage stability and rheology are influenced by a variety of factors which cannot be predicted by our specialists.
Storing
BAGNANTE L12 has a shelf-life of one year at 10-30°C, provided it is stored in tightly sealed containers.
