Description
TACKSOL 10/87 PF-B 25 is a solvent-borne pressure sensitive adhesive, based on natural rubber and special resins dissolved in C6-C7 hydrocarbons (gasoline). After curing, the product has extremely high cohesion, high adhesion, and good heat resistance.
Application
TACKSOL 10/87 PF-B 25 is recommended for the production of PE protective films and tapes for laser cutting on rough surfaces.

Handling
TACKSOL 10/87 PF-B 25 can be diluted with aliphatic and aromatic solvents to achieve the desired viscosity. For protective tapes the product must be cured with CURING AGENT D or CURING AGENT P65 (0.5–1%). The reaction starts immediately; it is therefore recommended to use the product immediately after activation. The cross-linking mechanism depends on several factors, such as the adhesive concentration, the amount of cross-linking agent, and the temperature. We suggest to check in advance curing conditions, in order to avoid to spoil material.
Storing
Store at a temperature not exceeding +40 °C, protected from heat sources and direct sunlight. Keep containers tightly closed to prevent solvent evaporation. If stored for an extended period, stir well before use.
Use within 12 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
