Description
CURING AGENT GX is a polymeric aziridine, recommended as a crosslinking agent for acrylic and polyurethane-based products.
It is a clear, viscous liquid.

Handling
CURING AGENT GX should be added just before the coating of the acrylic or PU products. The addition must be done under agitation and the mixture should be stirred until the two components are fully homogeneous.
The ratio of CURING AGENT GX depends on the desired level of crosslinking; preliminary tests are necessary to determine the exact amount of crosslinker. The recommended quantities range from 2% to 5% based on the solid content of the polymers. Tests on the crosslinked product should be conducted at least 24 hours after application.
Pot life is 24 hours.
Packaging
The product is supplied in plastic tanks (10 kg).
Storing
Store at temperatures between +5 and +30°C, in tightly sealed containers.
Protect from freezing.
Use within 24 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
