RELEASE PP 25 W can be used by simple dilution with deionized water to a total solids concentration of 1 - 1.5%. To be applied by Meyer Bar or Gravure rolls 4 - 5 g/sqm on corona treated BOPP films (approx. 35 dyne/cm).
Release action is developed by evaporation of the water at 80 - 100°C, depending upon web speed and oven efficiency. No curing mechanism is involved.
This product may also be used to modify waterborne ink having good gloss, release power and a low coefficient of friction.
The product is supplied in plastic tanks (10 kg); plastic drums (50 kg); IBC containers (1000 kg).
Product must be stored at temperatures between +5 and 30°C.
Use within 12 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
