The product can be applied by Mayer-bar, knife-coating, reverse-roll, etc., If necessary, it can be diluted with water or thickened with polyacrylic thickeners.
The quantity to be applied depends on the substrate and may vary from 1 to 3 g dry/sqm. In general, 1,5 g dry/sqm is considered optimal.
In order to obtain the highest releasing properties, we recommend to heat the product at 150°C for a few seconds. A self-curing process is triggered after the drying. Ageing properties are excellent.
The product is supplied in iron drums (200 kg); IBC containers (1000 kg).
Keep material preferably at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C, despite a very good freeze stability.
Stir well before use.
Use within 9 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
