RELEASE WR 2503 DIL. 2 is a special water based release coating developed for Pressure Sensitive Adhesive tapes to provide controlled release effect.
Application
RELEASE WR 2503 DIL. 2 adheres well to treated polyolefins. It provides excellent release on adhesive coated polyolefines/PET.

Handling
RELEASE WR 2503 DIL. 2 is ready for coating by Meyer Bar or Gravure rolls. Apply 4 - 5 g (wet)/sqm on corona treated polyolefin (approx. 35 dyne/cm).
Release action is developed by evaporation of the water at 80 - 100°C, depending upon web speed and oven efficiency. No curing mechanism is involved.
It is suggested to stir before use.
Packaging
The product is supplied in iron drums (200 kg); IBC containers (1000 kg).
Storing
Product must be stored at temperatures between +5 and +35°C.
Use within 9 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
