Description
RELEASE C 100 is a synthetic polymer with high molecular weight in 100% solid powder form, studied for the coextrusion of plastic films (mainly PE and PP), where a constant release effect over the complete surface can be obtained.
The product must be compounded to PE or PP polymers. No solvents are necessary for the release coating process.
RELEASE C 100 is based on high purity quality level of degree, relevant narrow range of melting point, compatible to all different kind of adhesives.
The product is silicone free.
Application
RELEASE C 100 is used for applications on coextruded plastic films: PE, PP, ....
RELEASE C 100 must be compounded to a polymer (PE o PP) masterbatch: up to 20 % of Release C 100 can be used in the masterbatch, the amount should be selected accordingly to the desired release force.
The masterbatch must be coextruded in a layer as thin as possible.

Packaging
The product is supplied in fibre drums (20 kg).
Storing
RELEASE C 100 in 100% solid form can be stored safely at any temperature below its melting point.
Keep in closed container, protected from direct sunlight and humidity.
Use within 24 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
Notes
