TACKSOL 20/85 BX is a solvent-based pressure sensitive adhesive, based on natural rubber and special resins. After curing, the product has a very high cohesion, medium tack, medium adhesion and a very good resistance to ageing and heat.
TACKSOL 20/85 BX is recommended for the production of black and white PE protective films and tapes for smooth surfaces and PVC.

TACKSOL 20/85 BX can be diluted with aliphatic and aromatic solvents in order to achieve the desired viscosity. For protective tapes the product must be cured with CURING AGENT SR (1-3%) or CURING AGENT P65 (0.5 - 2%) or CURING AGENT RF/AEDE (0.5-2%). Reaction starts immediately, so it is recommended to use the product in a short time after the activation. The crosslinking mechanism depends upon different aspects as adhesive concentration, amount of crosslinker, temperature. We suggest to check in advance curing conditions, in order to avoid to spoil material.
The product is supplied in iron drums (145 kg).
Stir before use. Keep containers well closed to prevent solvent evaporation. Store at temperatures between +5 and + 40°C, protected from heat sources and direct sunlight.
Use within 12 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
