Description
VINILPRIMER E 29 is a primer for plasticized or rigid PVC films. It is based on a balanced blend of synthetic, natural elastomers and resin dispersions, properly stabilized and compounded.
Application
VINILPRIMER E 29 allows to obtain a perfect adhesion between the adhesive mass (based on natural or synthetic rubbers) and the PVC film, without curing.
It is mainly used for self-adhesive tapes and films, either for packaging or technical use.

Handling
The product can be diluted to a lower viscosity. Thickening: if necessary, with usual acrylic thickeners.
Application: 1.0 - 1.5 g dry/sqm. Stir before usage anche check pH value, it must be between 8 and 10 (if necessary, add ammonia).
Packaging
The product is supplied in iron drums (200 kg); IBC containers (1000 kg).
Storing
This product must be stored at a temperature between +10 and +40°C.
PROTECT FROM FREEZING
Use within 6 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
