Description
COLOR TAPE HM AMBER 1 is a very efficient pigment masterbatch for colouring adhesive masses. either solvent or hot-melt based. No solvent is involved. It is a free flowing product and it is suitable for a continuous adhesive production process.
The addition of COLOR TAPE HM AMBER 1 to the adhesive does not practically modify the adhesive properties, including its ageing, and is not cause of corrosion to the metal parts of production plants.
Aspect: dust free flakes
Type of pigments: inorganic (metal oxides)
Pigment content: 80% minimum
Other ingredients: dispersing agents, antioxidants, thermoplastic resins as binder
Application
COLOR TAPE HM AMBER 1 is very easy to handle, dust free, without any storage and packaging disposal problem.
Being in flakes form and based on non toxic materials, the product is safe and clean in handling (see Safety Data Sheet).

Handling
In general, we recommend to add 0.2-1% on the dry content of the adhesive.
COLOR TAPE HM AMBER 1 can be introduced directly into the mixer, during any phase of the adhesive preparation. COLOR TAPE HM AMBER 1 must be used in the same way as a solid resin.
Packaging
The product is supplied in sacco carta 20 kg (20 kg).
Storing
Keep the product protected from direct sunlight and humidity.
Use within 12 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
