RELEASE K100 D DIL. 2 is a polyvinylcarbamate in solvent solution.
The product is a very efficient release agent for polypropylene, polyethylene, PVC, reinforced PVC and polyester films with natural, synthetic rubber and acrylic adhesives. It is also designed to be used with the three steps printing process of PSA tapes.

Apply 3-5 g/sqm of RELEASE K100 D DIL. 2 as such or after dilution. Drying must be very efficient, in order to avoid any solvent residue. It can be used on corona treated as well as on untreated films.
Store at temperatures higher than +18°C, far from direct sunlight.
Use within 12 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
RELEASE K100 D DIL. 2 tends to jellify at temperatures lower than +20°C: the solution becomes hazy and some material settles down to the bottom of the container. It is necessary to restore the original conditions before use, it is sufficient to heat the product at 35-40°C and stir to complete homogeneity.
