Description
RELEASE G 100 DIL.3 B-ECO is a polyvinylcarbamate in solvent solution (hydrocarbons C6-C7 (benzine) and isopropyl alcohol). It does not contain aromatic solvents.
Application
The product is a very efficient release agent for polypropylene, polyethylene, PVC, reinforced PVC and polyester films with natural, synthetic rubber and acrylic adhesives. It is also designed to be used with the 3 steps printing process of PSA tapes, when aromatic solvents are not accepted.

Handling
Apply 3-5 g/sqm of RELEASE G 100 DIL.3 B-ECO as such or after dilution. Drying must be very efficient, in order to avoid any solvent residue. It can be used on corona treated as well as on untreated films.
Packaging
The product is supplied in Iron drums (20 kg); iron drums (180 kg).
Storing
Store at temperatures higher than +18°C, far from direct sunlight.
Use within 12 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
Notes
RELEASE G 100 DIL.3 B-ECO tends to jellify at temperatures lower than +20°C: the solution becomes hazy and some material settles down at the bottom of the container. If restoring pristine conditions before use becomes necessary, just heat the product at 35-40°C and stir to complete homogeneity.
