TACKWHITE AMC 1B is an ultraremovable PSA, based on acrylic microspheric polymers in water dispersion, modified with additives and wetting agents in order to have a very good wettability on any surface, combined with a clean and long lasting removability. The TACKWHITE AMC 1B is characterized by a low tack.
TACKWHITE AMC 1B is suitable for the production of removable and repositionable paper labels. It is designed for direct coating onto paper, better if previously coated with a primer. Suggested coating methods are flexo or Mayer rod.

TACKWHITE AMC 1B may separate over time: this is typical for this type of adhesive. Mix before use: adhesive will readily redisperse with mild agitation. Check pH and adjust to values higher than 9 with ammonium hydroxide solution, if necessary. Air operated diaphragm pumps are recommended to pump adhesive. Avoid the use of high speed centrifugal pumps. Please make your own tests, for the needed specific demands, before extended production periods.
The product is supplied in plastic drums (120 kg); IBC containers (1000 kg).
TACKWHITE AMC 1B must be stored at temperature between +5°C and +40°C, avoiding freezing conditions.
Keep containers sealed to maintain proper pH.
The product tends to separate, stir well before use.
Use within 6 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
