Description
VINILSOL 10 T is a solvent borne (toluene) primer for PVC pressure sensitive tapes.
It is a rubber and resin formulation designed to achieve very good adhesion between PVC film (rigid/plasticized) and rubber based adhesives.

Handling
VINILSOL 10 T must be well stirred before usage. Before coating, a crosslinker must be added to the product: add 1 to 1.5 pp of a suitable isocyanate to 100 parts of VINILSOL 10 T, suggested crosslinker are our CURING AGENT RF/AEDE or CURING AGENT D.
Pot-life will be reduced, as crosslinking mechanism starts immedialtely after the addition of isocyanate.
Coat approx. 10 - 12 g wet/sqm of VINILSOL 10 T, by Mayer-bar or reverse roll or rotogravure.
Packaging
The product is supplied in iron drums (180 kg).
Storing
Store in a fresh and ventilated area, far from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep containers well closed to prevent solvent evaporation.
Use within 12 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
