RELEASE WP 3527 is a water borne release agent, based on synthetic polymers compounded with hydrophobic and releasing agents.
RELEASE WP 3527 has been designed as a release agent for porous substrates, such as kraft paper, masking papers, non-wovens, fabrics, which have to be in contact with synthetic rubber hot-melt adhesives.

Quantity to apply depends upon the substrate porosity and on the adhesive; on kraft paper usually it is 1-2 g dry/sqm. Coating methods: Meyer bar, Reverse Roll, Roto gravure, Air knife.
It can be either thickened (with acrylic thickeners) or diluted.
To achieve the highest release property we recommend to set the drying conditions at such a temperature that the paper reaches 120-130°C for a few seconds.
The product is supplied in iron drums (200 kg); IBC containers (1000 kg).
Store the material preferably at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C, avoid direct sunlight.
During storage, the product tends to separate; it is necessary to stir 10-15 minutes before use.
Use within 9 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
