Description
ANTIOX ASX-HSD is a synergistic blend of variuos antioxidants: phenolic, phosphorous-derivatives and thioester. It has been developed to stabilize natural rubber solvent-based adhesives. The product is a homogeneous powder blend, so to achieve an easy dissolution into the solvent.

In solvent systems, the suggested quantity is 0.5 - 1% on dry rubber content. The product is soluble in hexane (1%) even at 25°C.
ANTIOX ASX-HSD is not recommended in hot-melt systems, where we suggest to use ANTIOX AHM.

Handling
The product is a free-flowing white powder that must be protected from humidity to avoid blocking.
Add ANTIOX ASX-HDS to the adhesive and stir till it is completely solved.
Packaging
The product is supplied in plastic bags (20 kg); fibre drums (50 kg).
Storing
The product shall be stored in cool and dry conditions, protected from humidity, heat, sunlight and water.
Once opened, each individual package should be used completely to avoid hydrolysis. Storage at elevated temperatures, exposure to direct heat and/or moisture could significantly decrease product shelf life.
Use within 24 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
