Description
ANTIOX UV-HS is a synergistic blend of variuos antioxidant and an UV-protector, designed for the stabilization of natural rubber-based adhesives in solvent. The product is a homogeneous powder blend. This grants an easy dissolution in the solvent.
Application
This product grants a wide protection from light and heat degradation to polymer solutions.

Handling
Thanks to its high solubility, finished adhesives won't encounter the typical problems when stored at low temperatures.
In solvent systems, the recommended quantity is 0.3 - 0.5% on dry rubber content.
ANTIOX ASX-HS is not suitable for hot-melt systems, where we suggest to use ANTIOX AHM.
Packaging
The product is supplied in fiber drums (50 kg).
Storing
The product shall be stored in cool and dry conditions, protected from humidity, heat, sunlight and water.
Once opened, each individual package should be used completely to avoid hydrolysis. Storage at elevated temperatures, exposure to direct heat and/or moisture could significantly decrease product shelf life.
Use within 24 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
