Description
RELEASE FR 100 V1 is a release agent that, besides the normal unwinding properties, provides a suitable surface for the anchorage of the PU foam in the so-called "freezer tapes".
Application
RELEASE FR 100 V1 is designed for the production of PE and aluminium tapes, which are commonly used for blocking and protecting the coils in the refrigerator assemblage.

Handling
RELEASE FR 100 V1 has to be diluted at 0.5-2% in a blend of toluene/ isopropyl alcohol (85/15).
The solution of RELEASE FR 100 V1 can be applied on the film by Mayer-bar, rotogravure or any other low viscosity coating system. The coating weight depends upon the adhesive. Recommended range is 0.2-0.5 g/sqm dry. Once diluted, it can be applied at room temperature and must be well dried.
Packaging
The product is supplied in fibre drums (20 kg).
Storing
Store in sealed containers, well protected from direct sunlight. If the solution of RELEASE K 100 V1 is stored for a prolonged time, we recommend to stir it before using.
Use within 24 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
