OPS 3023 is a synergistic blend of various antioxidant systems: phenolic primary antioxidant, phospite for time stability and thio-ester to get high temperatures protection. The product offers a protection against agening and thermal degradation.
The product has not a precise melting point, because it is a mixture of various components.
The product is in small pellets, this physical form ensures very low dust formation and excellent flowing properties.
This product has been developed to offer a wide range of protection both to hot-melt and to solvent based products.

OPS 3023 can be directly introduced into the compound, together with the other components or it can be prediluted in solvent and added to the product. The product is soluble in aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons, it is recommend to check solubility on a small lab sample in order to identify the better solvent mixture.
The product is supplied in plastic bags (20 kg).
The product shall be stored in cool and dry conditions, protected from humidity, heat, sunlight and water.
Once opened, each individual package should be used completely to avoid hydrolysis. Storage at elevated temperatures, exposure to direct heat and/or moisture could significantly decrease product shelf life.
Use within 24 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
